I just want to say that I feel so Lucky that I picked Booster Seo from among many other Apps for my Business. So far after 2-days of being with them, I will give them a 7 Star rating.. Zero Problems so far.. Their Customer service are experts in answering questions and they go above and beyond the issue to other aspect of the business to sugest services that has nothing to do with their core business just to make my site look and function at its best and they will even give you the steps of how do it. Today Alex was very friendly and nice. Thank you Alex

A strange review for me I only had it installed for like 5 mins. I wanted to test it to see if I could use it. The free version lets you automatically update Image Alt tags. I was testing this when I got a popup asking to verify the store. I said yes. The person asked me to clarify the store name then asked me to wait "while he made changes". I asked him what changes and are they to my store. Remember at this stage I'd already given the app edit permissions. He said not to worry they are only "coding changes". I said wait can you clarify you are making NO changes to my store excluding Alt tags on images". This is where I started to get a weird feeling about it. He said "Yes I'm making no changes directly to the frontend of your store" ???? I didn't like the ambiguous answer as that is far from a definitive YES so I uninstalled. To be honest it could be great I didn't wait around long enough to see but the way direct questions were answered left me doubting them so I left.

I understand that the terms used by our chat support team may have caused confusion, and I sincerely apologize for the poor choice of words. We’ll ensure our team communicates more clearly moving forward.
