First, I’d like to reassure you that our app does not have the capability to directly edit or rearrange meta fields or product photos in your store’s backend. Our app works by creating overrides to optimize meta tags within the source code without altering your original Shopify settings. These changes are non-intrusive and cease to apply once the app is uninstalled. The issues you’ve experienced with product photos and meta fields may have been caused by another app or an unrelated configuration or compatibility error. Unfortunately, without access to your store during the time the app was installed, we could not investigate or identify any potential conflicts or sources of the problem. To address this, we’ve sent you an email with a detailed resolution and next steps to assist you further.
