Boxify is amazing! Sometimes customers order several different items at once and Boxify's box packing feature tells us which shipping box to use - this information is usable by our shipping software for filters or automation rules. This has saved us so much time on our fulfillment. Additionally, Boxify allows us to generate different shipping rates to provide our customers more options - this has been especially helpful for the Holidays. Dave is very responsive and always available to answer questions or look into something. I would definitely recommend this app!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Boxify and Dave with all of his help. Its refreshing to have the level of customer service. By far my best experience with any app or IT issues. Dave stands by his product and does a wonderful job explaining how it works. He spent time on the phone walking me through every step. Other companies should look to Boxify on how to do business.

This app is great. We have 7 box sizes, with customer who need international and expedited shipping. This app has been perfect for getting our customers accurate shipping quotes, eliminating hassle and shipping cost complaints. We had some configuration questions and Dave from support provided very thorough answers very quickly (within 2 hours).

Really helped dial in our shipping rates to save $ and offer customers accurate rate quotes. Customer service is top notch as well. Dave @ Boxify took the time to explain how the apps so we could ensure we setup correctly, etc. Works insane if you have a lot of products that trigger shipper's dimensional weight vs. actual weight.

Update: Dave also knows this product inside and out which allows him to respond quickly with a solution. We have now been with Boxify for about 6 months he continues to amaze me! We have now added it to our other store. Dave is an EXCELLENT communicator, patient, and quick to answer. The app is fantastic also. Thank you.

Boxify is helping my fine art business capture shipping costs that I wouldn't have been able to accurately charge any other way. The software has a lot of flexibility for mixing product in one box. It works with many non-standard product sizes and lets me adjust for our handling, insurance and box costs. Best of all, Dave at Boxify is soooo helpful and patient in answering questions, reviewing various scenarios and making recommendations and giving clear instructions, all in a timely manner. It does take work and planning to implement this software and I am still learning after 2 years.

Words cannot adequately emphasize how helpful the Boxify team, and Dave in particular, have been to my company as we integrated Shopify & Boxify into our operations! Dave is one of the most helpful, patient, and informative company representatives we have ever dealt with. The Boxify team were very quick to respond to our questions and patiently guided us along the way. The Boxify app helped match the right box and packing strategy for shipment of our products. And their dashboard was very user-friendly. Boxify offers an invaluable shipping tool and is supported by awesome team members!

Terrible customer service. Terrible with demand. This tool did not calculate shipping for 60 of my orders. I had to manually reach out to the customers to process their transactions and collect their addresses. I spoke to Dave from Boxify about this problem, his solution was "uninstall the app. and use Shopify". I still can't believe that was his suggestion. This tool is an incomplete solution that is difficult to set up. Use something else, Shopify support can help you find a better solution.

This is one of the most useful apps for Shopify. I had one store for six years and now started another and have tried and used quite a few apps. Boxify gives me the best of both worlds. Helps with creating the right size boxing with lots of options and lets me keep using the deeply discounted Shopify shipping rates. Dave has been very helpful with detailed suggestions when I came across an issue. He instructed me how to easily fix the problem. Highly recommend it.

Were a growing biz/store so overhead is everything right now and paid apps are not the norm for us yet. But we are paying for and using with success Boxify. It has helped us do exactly what we needed for our business and for our customers. The support has been very good and each question has been answered very timely and I even got a phone call at my request. Well done!

Amazing app support! Due to a bug in my theme, the app code was executed twice for each shipping calculation. Dave was amazingly patient and helpful dealing with the theme developer in fixing the bug. All is working well now. The app is easy to set up. Type in the API credentials for your shipping services, set up box sizes, add product dimensions, and off you go. I have about 40 products in my store and was able to get it going in an evening. If I was to nitpick, I would say that the app could work a bit better with the latest version of Safari (OSX 10.15.3; Safari 13.0.5), but then so could Shopify in general. The bottom line is this: I've already saved more than the monthly cost of the app by having the shipping charges calculated correctly.

I haven't had a flash sale yet since installing this app, however one thing I can tell you is that in tests it does seem to calculate shipping prices more accurately and most importantly, they were a much bigger help than Shopify support has been lately unfortunately. The suggestions by the Boxify rep solved my issue and I didn't have to deal with that much back and forth.

I have products that need to ship in one specific box size. It seems quite simple, but the problem is when customer order more than one products. Shopify really can't calculate this properly and it really frustrated me, especially since every tech supports recommended different ways that didn't work. After many research, I was so happy when I found Boxify! Not only it was easy to use and it gave many options on how to pack and ship items, the help information was very well written and Dave was probably the BEST customer support! Very responsive, very knowledgeable, very patient in explaining and helping with any issue. He even went above and beyond to help me solving issue with third party shipping carrier. I can't recommend this apps enough to anyone.

We were looking at other apps but they were pretty complicated and expensive. Since we have a lot of different package sizes, we were having to choose between losing a lot of money on shipping or overcharging our customers with Shopify's standard options. Boxify fixed that, and made it so we can give accurate pricing no matter the service desired, substantially improving our conversion rate and bottom line. Just remember when you add a new product to be sure to put in the dimensions or sometimes your products can appear unavailable to customers. I've recommended this app to many fellow small businesses.

I dont even own this app yet because I am doing the 15 day FREE trial which is awesome! Dave at Boxify has been SO helpful that setting up my store was a piece of cake. Highly recommend this app already.
