Yes, it's technology. But the difference here is 100% the people behind this APP! They are amazingly helpful. Punctual and informative troubleshooters. Seemingly able to make any tweak needed. I am already shouting their praises IRL, figured I better give them the thumbs up here too. I feel that they will continue to improve the APP and am glad I have it in place now.

Perfect app for gift bundles! I tried so many apps (about 15 apps) but none of them met my expectations 100%. Best part is customer service, Hamza went back and forth and helped me with my design and technical requirements, he's been very patient til the end and took all my requests and suggestions into consideration. Really useful if you need a box builder. However, the app is a bit complicated, I need help to use it. Luckily, their support team is easy to reach and very helpful.

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service. I am so impressed with this app! This is the only app I found that: 1) has a seamless, easy to use interface, 2) looks professional and pulls theme formatting automatically, 3) allows customers to view detailed product pages and multiple photos from within the app, 4) Makes the step selection super clear, 5) Offers outstanding customer support. I reached out to have a font and a word changed in my pop and Jalal sorted it for me the same day! Thank you so much for making this process so easy for people like me who are new to ecommerce!

This is such a powerful application! There are lots of possibilities in it. I wanted something special with thes, I was looking for something to guide people by creating their own starterkit without getting options from products which doesn't communicate with each other. So for example: If someone choose 1, by next step they can only choose 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and if they have chosen for 2 at first step they will only see 2.1 and 2.2. This was a very complex thing for me so I asked for some help from their team. Hannes described a complete plan for me how te set this up. I only needed some help with the last steps to let it show up and work. I had a call with Lauralynn and she helped me very kind and well! There really is a wonderful team behind this application. Highly recommend this one, thanks to all!

I'm not sure what is better, the app or the support I received from Jalal! I have spent countless hours searching and testing apps to allow my customers to build a custom a-la-cart bundle PLUS allowing form fields through out the process for me to collect customizations to be added to the items. Now only does this app give me everything I want but the bundling process looks really great on my site, it is clean and very streamlined. It definitely has a high end look. I will be deleting all of the other apps I have tried and only use this one. I highly recommend this app!

This app does exactly what I need it to do. Customer service was really great. They worked with me to change some things and were very quick responding to queries.

This is the perfect app if you are looking for customers to be able to build your own gift box within your website. Can select when products you include and the steps. Makes it easy and gives customers a good experience. Support has been helpful in answering my questions and helping me.

We have looked at soooo many apps to find the one that fits our needs perfectly. This is by far the cleanest looking, easiest to navigate that we have found. Ron was AWESOME in quickly helping me figure out a couple minor issues I was having (after another rep gave me a canned 'this is not possible with the app' response). This is the app we've been waiting for. streamlines the buying experience for a customer and i've already seen sales increase by an average of 20% each purchase. It's been a week. Fantastic.

I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

Updating my review here. The support team has been super helpful in fixing some minor bugs I've seen on my site!
