Hemos instalado Box Builder y nos está gustando mucho. Es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Además contactamos el servicio de soporte para unas dudas y nos ayudaron muy rápido. Actualizo para comentar que ya llevamos más de 6 meses con la app y estamos muy satisfechos. El servicio de soporte es de 10*

I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. I give an A+ for communication and support! Add that to the fact that the builder is of great quality, I am very excited to use this in my store for years to come.

The app is easy to use. Email was support was quick & very helpful. A video tutorial would also be an added bonus.

Great app, with great customer service. There were a few questions we had, had a response quickly and nothing was too big of an issue. Definitely recommend.

Simply incredible! I looked for several apps that did just that and only this one perfectly fulfilled the purpose. Wonderful support!
If you are looking to sell sets of items and have them appear as one product this is the solution for you. I have tried other apps and the ones that offered a similar service were extremely clunky to use compared to this app. I switch up products all the time so ease of use is very important. The customizability is great, but I wanted some custom changes and reached out to support. I reached Hamza and although we operated in different time zones he was responsive when necessary and made sure I was happy with the results. The excellent support and capability of this app is well worth the price tag.

We purchased boxbuilder for our 400+ products. What we like about this app: - ease of use/set up : everything is intuitive, you do not need to be an expert to configure the app. It's also quick to set up. - built-in options to customise the app the way you like - speed: we were afraid the app would lag or slow the process of choosing products to add in the bundle as we have several hundred products to chose from. But no issues there, the whole process is fast and working 100%. UX good. - kind support What we liked less about the app: so far, everything seems to be working fine so nothing to say here. There are a few cosmetic changes that we wish(ed) to make and that are not available in the options (font size, color this or that, buttons here or there, etc) but the app's support has been very responsive and making the code changes as we asked. ... so we do recommend boxbuilder, you can safely try it out! The best box building app available on Shopify (and we explored many!) - extremely quick and helpful support - we had some quite particular requirements and Hamza sorted them out for us in a matter of a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

In redoing our website we were looking for a bundle app that fit what we were trying to offer - some preset items and then allow the customer to select x amount of other items. I tried about 10 other bundle apps which only allowed an already assembled bundle - not what we wanted. I did find one other that did what we needed but it was more to pay per month and the interface presented to the customer was not as nice. I was absolutely in love with the graphic that is displayed while “building your box” was the icing on the cake for deciding to go with this app. Looking forward to hopefully future improvements where we can choose multiple variants of the same item using the single display option.

I spent hours and hours of time trying to find a "bundling" app that let me have options to choose different products. Most bundling apps seem to let you make a new product that gives the customer extremely preset options, if there are even options at all. With this app, we have given the customer the ability to build their own suspension kits for their vehicles, choosing from different brands and only selecting the products that they feel they need for their vehicle. The support was very helpful getting the colours and style to match our aesthetic and after a few emails back and forth, Hamza got our colours perfect, and we are very happy with how everything works and looks. Very happy with this app so far!
Your builders are now some of our favorites (and taught us a lot about suspension kits!). We are so happy to be peanut butter to your jelly, the cross-tube to your shackle.... (did we get that right?). Thanks again for giving us a try, working with us and writing this review!!
We used this app to create custom baby gift boxes and sale boxes. Customer service is quick and responvie and appworks well without bugs.
