I had a great experience with the support team. Sebastian was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist me with modifying the code for a setting that couldn’t be adjusted directly within the application. Thanks to him, everything works exactly as I needed. Fast, efficient, and very professional support

Eligijus was amazing, easy to work with and explained everything well. solved an issue with subscriptions that was throwing off customers and went from a 40% checkout to 70%

Domantas! You are a legend my friend. I just downloaded Kaching Bundle and was a bit stuck. I clicked on the help tab and Domantas was there in about 2 minutes to help. He knew exactly how to help me straight away. Thanks mate, you saved me hours!!

Excellent app and even better support! I had an issue where selecting a variant in the bundle widget didn't update the main product media gallery. I reached out to support and Juozas jumped in immediately. Within 30 minutes he accessed my store, identified the issue, and fixed it — the variant images now switch perfectly when customers select different options in the bundle. The bundle functionality itself is great — clean layout, flexible pricing options, and works smoothly with our German store setup. Highly recommend Kaching Bundles, and a special thanks to Juozas for the fast and professional support!

Erikas helped me within 2 minutes and managed to resolve my issues immediately... The service is more than amazing, as is the app itself. Designing is easy and if you want custom adjustments, this can easily be done by custom coding. Using the app already for 3+ years.
