I had a great experience with Kaching's tech support team. They really took their time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and didn’t rush the process. What stood out most was their patience, professionalism, and willingness to walk me through everything step by step until I got the exact output I needed. It’s rare to find support that is both knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping you reach your goal. I really appreciate the effort they put in and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who values excellent customer service.

Excellent app and even better support! I had an issue where selecting a variant in the bundle widget didn't update the main product media gallery. I reached out to support and Juozas jumped in immediately. Within 30 minutes he accessed my store, identified the issue, and fixed it — the variant images now switch perfectly when customers select different options in the bundle. The bundle functionality itself is great — clean layout, flexible pricing options, and works smoothly with our German store setup. Highly recommend Kaching Bundles, and a special thanks to Juozas for the fast and professional support!

Erikas helped me within 2 minutes and managed to resolve my issues immediately... The service is more than amazing, as is the app itself. Designing is easy and if you want custom adjustments, this can easily be done by custom coding. Using the app already for 3+ years.

they got out of their mind. it started with maxium 59,99 per month. now it is up to 300 per month. are they crazy?

The costumer support on Kaching Bundles is the best ive had so far, and the app is what made my conversion rate skyrocket. One of the agents (Pijus) literally logged in too my shopify just too help me fix the problem. Highly recommend 10/10
