Kitenzo is a brilliant app, with great customer service, Denis and Dale have been super helpful assisting with any concerns I have or changes I wanted to make.

Cool app, with a number of useful features. Was a little hard to set up initially but contacted support who not only responded within a few mins actually went into my store store and set everything up for Dale who helped me was amazing would recommend

We found this app very useful at first, but as of late our customers have been unable to add any bundles to their cart. Support hasn't been especially helpful, especially since they answer once a day, and even if you give them a detailed description of the problem, they don't seem to have a huge interest in resolving it unfortunately, the best we got was 'well it works on my end'. We used them for probably a year or so with no problems, but due to bugs we will be heading elsewhere.
Hi there, first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Secondly, I'm sorry that this is the experience you have had with Kitenzo and our Support team. On a broad scale, our support team is available Monday to Friday 9-5 GMT. We understand this doesn't suit everyone who uses the app, but we are based out of the UK. I can see the last ticket with us was around two months ago. We are going to investigate this and reach out to you with possible ways to resolve the issues you are having. Thanks again for leaving the review and bringing this to our attention.

Great app. We had an issues with gift messages not showing in our shipping solution (Royal Mail) and support were great. Quick response and detailed instructions for using Shopify Flow to get it working how we wanted it

App does the job. It's the only app that I found that could pull off what I we needed. The support team is excellent as well, and has helped us through some minor problems. Even though we've had a few hiccups I still continue to use this app because I know support is ready to jump in and help no questions asked; great team!

I had tried a few bundle apps on Shopify and unfortunately they did not meet my requirements, but after finding Bundle Builder, Kitenzo it worked perfectly for the customer journey and aesthetic I was looking to achieve. If I had questions Natalie, was so helpful and helped with getting the CSS code I needed for customisations and as a novice I was able to pick it up easily building out my bundles.

Very easy to use, great functionality, and excellent support. Don't have to be a developer to set up and customize bundles. Plenty of versatility to make bundles that the customer can customize, or preset bundles that are "add to cart" ready. Support does a great job whenever needed (Thanks, Dale). Highly recommend!

The app is very easy to use, but the real highlight of the app is its impeccable aftersales support. Any issues I encounter, every customization I need to do are addressed right away. Really awesome support staff.

Bundle Builder is the only app that truly delivered what I needed. The customer service is excellent—Natalie went above and beyond to guide me through the entire onboarding process. Highly recommend!

Support is friendly and helpful. The app is good, but adding more customization features would be helpful. Support helped me submit a feature request for bundles not showing the pre-discounted price along with the discounted price.

I have tried getting onto support with no success. The app has been updated and no longer works on my store to show line item properties on the admin end. Looks good from the customer end, but once the bundles are built, my team has no idea what is actually IN the bundle. There is no support or troubleshooting available on their website to address this issue. As a paying customer, it is just unacceptable...
