Definitely don't expect a quick response from their customer service if something goes awry with their app and you need immediate tech support. 2 of my best selling bundles stopped working for no reason. I needed it to be fixed immediately since it was costing me potential sales. I messaged them at night, received one unhelpful response in the morning and then nothing else for the rest of the day and night. I ended up having to spend my entire day trying to figure this out on my own because my customers were complaining. Maybe not the best app for US customers. Will be looking at other options.

It works in theory, however this caused so many headaches with google merchant integration. We could not fix this after reaching out to support many times. This is a major issue!

I can see that our support team previously offered some suggestions to help resolve this, but as you have since uninstalled the app, we’re unable to investigate further for you to fully resolve the issue. Google Merchant Centre typically does not cooperate well with bundles with variable pricing, however we’d be more than happy to continue investigating this issue should you wish to reinstall in the future.

We use this to create a Pick n Mix Bundle. It works really well and the team are very quick to respond if there are any issues. The only downside is that it uses the Shopify discount functionality so customers cannot use discount codes when buying the Pick n Mix.

I was recommended the app by someone, installed it (admittedly, did not check pricing beforehand) and to my surprise it's 3x more expensive for Shopify Plus users while offering no additional features/benefits. On the principle of "if they can afford plus they can pay us more too". Immediately uninstalled. Correct me if I'm wrong and if there are actual additional features for Shopify Plus users which explain the 3x price increase.

Plus merchants are usually larger operations, driving a higher than average volume of orders and sales. This requires additional resources both in terms of running costs of the app (such as server-side resources) and also providing faster support responses. We offer extended support and turnaround times for our Plus merchants to facilitate this scale and growth. While the core functionality of the app first appears similar, Plus merchants will be receiving a higher level of support from us to keep things running smoothly. We’re committed to being transparent in all our operations, and we’re currently reviewing our Plus pricing plans to make sure it scales better with different size Plus merchants. The absolute worst customer support we've ever experienced. No matter how good the functions of the app seem, it's not worth it. Since originally contacting Bundle Builder nearly three weeks ago re: a few app features and cart integration, we've received no less than three messages telling us integration is complete, only to discover it's as broken as it was day one. Responses to our concerns have been slow, generic, and astonishingly unhelpful. Promises to elevate our ticket or get back to us in a timely manner have proven meaningless. On our end, we've been ready to send bundles live for two weeks, but have been hamstrung by the developer's inability to deliver on simple elements, like prices showing correctly in cart. The waste of time and loss of revenue resulting from our experience with Bundle Builder has been staggering. The only reason we haven't uninstalled the app yet is because we're a small team, and to find a replacement and build the bundles will take time we can't afford. However, our patience is wearing thin. I expect our experience (and our review) will change if these issues are ever resolved, but as it stands, our position is simple: AVOID BUNDLE BUILDER.

App is glitchy. Customer service takes forever to respond. I'm trying to run a business and expect more responsiveness for what I'm paying.

Great so far. Only two issues are: 1. The inability to add discounts to bundles 2. The inability to create subscriptions from bundles. Do you know when this will be possible? Thanks so much.

We're super pleased to hear that you're enjoying the app. Whilst discount codes can't be applied to Multi SKU Bundle types, they can be applied to Single SKU Bundles. There are also alternative ways to offer customers both flat and tiered discounts with Multi SKU Bundle types, such as a percentage discount, fixed discount, or fixed price. Unfortunately at this time, subscriptions isn't a feature supported by Bundle Builder. These guys are awesome. Quick to respond, Fixes most of what I ask so my customers can have a easy time shopping. This bundle app displays beautiful on our site and looks very professional. The check process is clean and keeps things together on the cart page and the checkout page. We are now things how to add more bundles to our site. I understand they have a new design coming out and really can wait to see how it looks. Trust us, when I say you won't be disappointed. Update...Just asked them to tweak it a little and boom, it was done. Amazing

We've tried over and over again to use this app but it is very glitchy and does not work properly! We've lost a lot of sales using this app and support cannot fix the glitches either. Do not recommend.
Sorry to hear you ran into problems using our app. I can see you had issues integrating our app into your theme, but have since uninstalled. We can 100% jump in and sort out any issues you may be experiencing, so if you re-install, just pop us an email and we'll take a look right away.

Bundle Builder syncs really well with our accounting system, Netsuite. It is straightforward and gets what you want! They resolved a pressing issue and fixed straight away. Thank you Dale & Jess!

The bundles are not properly tracking inventory on a few products and customer service has been unable to resolve the issue for several weeks. I am canceling, hoping that customer service refunds me for the month that they have been trying to resolve my issues.

We LOVED Bundle Builder and it worked great, until we wanted to add subscription services to our site. We set up Recharge for our subscriptions, and now Bundle Builder does not work. It dumps our customer's bundles right at checkout, leading to so much frustration. We are now tasked with finding a new bundle app that can work with Recharge.

Bundle Builder is compatible with most apps & Shopify features, provided that they do not use the draft order functionality - this is because only one app can use this feature at a time, which is unfortunately a Shopify platform limitation that's outside of the app's control. I was looking for a specific layout for my bundle and couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I reached out and waiting a few days to hear back. I work in customer service so I understand the need to be patient some times with this. someone reached out and a matter of minutes had the app doing what I was looking for! Very pleased with their customer service!

Overall great app to use on the site & increase on ROI. Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. I've reached out several times & no one got back to me which was disappointing. I really hope they sort this out as you could lose customers.

I am very disappointed in the support. Recently an update was made to the app which removed one of the reports that my company relied on heavily. It’s been two weeks now since I’ve reached out to them on my own and about a week since the soft handoff with Shopify. I’ve received no response and Shopify support was also very useless in this matter. I’ll be finding alternative options for my stores moving forward.

App is fine when working - customer service team is a little slow on responding. would be great if they had a live chat function instead
