They charge me £18 although the app uninstalled. Read everything carefully.
Hi there, I wanted to look into this for you right away after hearing about the charge. I checked the app history, and it looks like your store has installed and uninstalled our app a few times before the charge. Since the trial period is tied to the store (rather than each installation), it had already been used up during a previous install. Because the trial was considered expired, the recurring charge was set to activate on your next install. The charge went through even though there were only a few days between installs and uninstalls, due to Shopify’s billing cycle working differently from our app’s cycle. This App allows you to create really complex bundles really easily. I have used other bundles apps in the past and they weren't so easy or had so many options as this one, and I sold SOOOO much more with bundles I created with BYOB compared to other APPS. Love it!

Easy to use, not too flexible on theme customization but for basic designs and flexible bundle conditions it met my expectations.

This app really helped us grow the sale, and support is great. There is one gotcha, BYOB bundles do not work with FB market place.

Good app - after trying out so many bundle apps, this one was definitely the winner. Fantastic service and swift resolvement of any issues - we had caused some problems within the product page, and they fixed it for us really fast! Thanks so much - it makes such a difference to get great service.

This app is truly the best! I've looked high & low for an app that I can app into my Shopify store that you can add collections into the bundles & not just products. Now my customers have the chance to choose a summer bundle- Hat, Towel & Wetbag in any print/size with ease. I needed some support with adding the drop down for size on my hat products & the team sorted it for me within 24 hours. Jumping on to my Shopify store and sorting it out through the back end. This app is fantastic! Allowing customers to choose their bundle is a game changer. I was worried about it taking out of inventory, but it does!! That is a major plus for us. Also, upon setting up we had some questions/trouble and reached out and they timely replied and got on a call with us to fix the problems and help us through it. Very excited to use this app.

THIS WORKS! If your store is properly optimized, you can easily expect a Roas of 10+ (conservative figure) We are achieving much more than this. Easy to install and use.

this app is exactly what I was looking for! I needed a bundle app that could allow my customers to build their own from collections and products on my website. Every app makes you pre select the items they can choose from. I have too many to possibly make bundling a profitable option by narrowing their limitations that much. I also was making "premade" bundles but there was no way to know what was in them without referring to my own personal list. This app will show everything in the bundle to pull that item individually where as before I was having to set aside the premade bundles with what is in them. So far the app is working great and 5 star customer service!! Joshua has gotten back to my emails extremely quick and very thorough but easy to understand explanations so that I can continue to work on my app at that moment vs waiting hours or days to be able to continue. Im excited to see other changes to this app and what it may do in the future. Right now it's exactly what I needed to get going with bundles my way.

Great for custom bundles/packages that have a solid UX interface that allows you to acheive promotions/bundles that you can't typically do with Shopify. Support was good and communication was fast, very helpful! Easy and straightforward.

It does what it say almost, but not quite, a support wants to tell me it's not their problem, i ask something, they replay with a question not an anwser. Worst support experience on shopify yet. Hope we can fix it together, because your app seems promising just need some bug fixing. If i simulate a costumer and its confusing for them its not perfect.
