Joshua with BYOB honestly provided some of the BEST customer support I’ve ever experienced. I was trying to set up some pretty advanced bundle settings on the app and was getting completely stuck on what I was doing wrong. Joshua was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, went directly into my store to troubleshoot and investigate the issue, and gave me multiple options for how to approach it. What impressed me most is that he didn’t just “fix” the issue, he actually helped me create a BETTER setup than what I originally had in mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping store owners succeed and not just closing support tickets as fast as possible. He literally waited on my to watch a 6 min. long video and test everything we were doing! Because of the level of support alone, I’ll absolutely be staying after the free trial. Top notch customer service like is something you want to hold on to THANK U JOSHUA!!!

This app is literally perfect for what we needed. We had a couple of custom things we needed done and Benny helped us so quickly — seriously above and beyond. Amazing support and great app. Highly recommend!
This app is easier to integrate and use than other bundling apps I've tried, and has more reasonable pricing tiers as well. The customer service is better than I ever imagined, and has made customizations easier than ever and feels truly tailored to my business.
Overall, this is an excellent app that has made it much easier for us to offer bundles and let customers create their own packs. The customer support team is fantastic. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly and resolved issues right away. Our only wish is for a few more features: the ability to set tiered discounts with multiple conditions, and more comprehensive tutorials or documentation to make setup even smoother. If those improvements are added, this would absolutely be a five-star app.

Regarding your request for tiered discounts with multiple conditions, this is unfortunately a technical conflict within Shopify’s current discounting system and not something that can be supported without breaking other core functions. While we cannot implement this feature, we are always looking for alternative ways to give merchants more flexibility in bundle pricing. I have Great Experience, I really like this app, using first time. Advisors are also very Supportive. But i must think that you should start live chat than emails because chat help soo much. Otherwise mail is also helpful, its just a suggestion. Thanks for your help and Guidance.

They charge me £18 although the app uninstalled. Read everything carefully.
Hi there, I wanted to look into this for you right away after hearing about the charge. I checked the app history, and it looks like your store has installed and uninstalled our app a few times before the charge. Since the trial period is tied to the store (rather than each installation), it had already been used up during a previous install. Because the trial was considered expired, the recurring charge was set to activate on your next install. The charge went through even though there were only a few days between installs and uninstalls, due to Shopify’s billing cycle working differently from our app’s cycle. This App allows you to create really complex bundles really easily. I have used other bundles apps in the past and they weren't so easy or had so many options as this one, and I sold SOOOO much more with bundles I created with BYOB compared to other APPS. Love it!
quick, easy and friendly support. Plus the Bundles themselves are easy to build.
Easy to use, not too flexible on theme customization but for basic designs and flexible bundle conditions it met my expectations.
