Powerful Features & Seamless Integration We’ve been exploring the app and have been really impressed with the depth of features available—especially on the $29 plan. The ability to customise automated messages, access team inbox functionality, and integrate with our own WhatsApp number makes it a brilliant tool for streamlined communication. Although we use HelpCrunch for live chat, the additional WhatsApp support features are a great value add. With customers across Spain, the UK, France, and Belgium, having scalable messaging options is a huge plus. Overall, this is a smart, well-designed platform with thoughtful tools for brands who want to stay connected and in control.

Funciona muito bem. Tem algumas coisas que precisam melhorar e que a plataforma não oferece, mas o atendimento deles é excelente, então caso precise de alguma função que a plataforma não oferece eles dão um jeito de te ajudar com isso. Espero que melhorem as opções de customização de mensagens (tem que ser parecido com a do próprio meta, onde você adiciona as variáveis que gostaria, colocar bold para destacar uma palavra, etc). E os Reports das campanhas de marketing, precisam ser mais completas. Mas sigo usando, o atendimento deles compensa, tudo que quero fazer tenho conseguido com eles.
