I love how professional the team at chargeback is Their service is exceptional responsive, efficient, and clearly experienced in what they do. Support is amazing, I had an issue which got resolved pretty quickly even though it was a bit complicated. Also had a call with a sales director which helped and ressaured me that everything is working perfectly fine and if I needed any help to reach out once again! Highly recommend this app!!

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
I’m really sorry you had to wait 1 hour before we could begin helping you. As soon as we saw your request, we started unenrolling your account. It must have been frustrating when our support team was offline during that time. We are currently hiring more support members to fix this issue asap.

Great service, does exactly as said. Cheaper alerts than other apps and lots of help from the support team if you run into any issues, highly recommend.

Reliable App with a great Customer Support This app does exactly what it promises and more! We have successfully processed multiple chargebacks thanks to the automated features and the clear dashboard. But what really sets it apart is the customer support. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. This gives us extra confidence in the system.

Very Polished App, Good instructions, easy to understand and i know it will save a lot of chargebacks in the future. Worth having installed if you want peace of mind. Would rather pay the $15 alert fee and auto refund, then pay $15 chargeback fee and risk holds on merchant account. Makes sense to me.

Been using it for 4 months now and it's amazing! did over 5M USD so far with Shopify Payments (including shop pay) and managed to keep it a life and we are still scaling! at the same time we have it connected to oceanpayments and airwallex on our other stores literally a life-saver to keep your payment processors a life
