Ive tested different chargeback preventions and this one actually works + no crazy fees. Support is great and fast too.

You can’t easily cancel them — they’ve made it extremely difficult to remove your card, and the top-up amount is fixed and quite high, so you can’t change it. I strongly recommend that the team fix this and allow customers to choose their top-up balance and easily cancel any card they want. Otherwise, it feels sketchy. ---- Update: I spoke with the team, and they have solved all my issues. They helped me unenroll and made the full balance refund, plus helped me understand how their system works. So, I'm changing my review to five stars and waiting for the update where everyone can easily unlink the card and manage the balances as they want, not with some requirements and minimum amounts. Thank you.

Great app for preventing chargebacks before they happen. Easy to set up, clear insights, and the support team is very responsive. Definitely worth it for any growing store.

Support is amazing, I had an issue which got resolved pretty quickly even though it was a bit complicated. Also had a call with a sales director which helped and ressaured me that everything is working perfectly fine and if I needed any help to reach out once again! Highly recommend this app!!

We've been using Chargeback.io for a few weeks now, and honestly, the support team is phenomenal. We had a minor issue integrating it with Stripe, and their rep responded within 10 minutes — not just with a fix, but with a full explanation and follow-up. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support like this is rare in the Shopify app ecosystem. This level of service alone makes this app a 5-star experience!

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
I’m really sorry you had to wait 1 hour before we could begin helping you. As soon as we saw your request, we started unenrolling your account. It must have been frustrating when our support team was offline during that time. We are currently hiring more support members to fix this issue asap.
