Carina was the greatest!! It was easy to reach her and get connected with the chat box, she was incredibly responsive and made the entire process simple. She helped us a lot with submitting evidence for our dispute, and she even reached out and kept us updated a few days later when the team uploaded our evidence to our case! I have been in contact with several people from the team since 2024 regarding different issues, and I can honestly say they are super friendly, responsive and helpful. The app is super easy to use. In short I love working with Chargeflow.

Chargeflow’s defenses make no sense. They’re extremely basic and usually just repeat the same line: “the customer didn’t follow our terms and policy.” They don’t analyze the case, they don’t check the details, and in my experience, they even got the disputed amount wrong. It’s obviously a copy-and-paste defense. Unless you sell cheap products in huge volumes and don’t care about the outcome of your disputes, stay away from this app. If you want a proper defense, you’re much better off doing it yourself. Just upload the customer’s conversation and order details into ChatGPT and have it generate a solid dispute response for you.
