Very helpful customer service and always ready to solve any kind of problem. As for the resolution I cannot give an assessment as my paperwork is still waiting for the outcome, however, the response to the paperwork is very fast!

This app invaluable for those that do not have the time to deal with disputes, you should definitely consider adding chargeflow to your Shopify Store.

This might be a scam. It’s hard to say because lack of transparency. They do not give a clear breakdown of fees. I emailed them recently asking for of which orders accounted for a recent charge of $1515.96. After a week no reply. A sent another reminding them. Still no reply. That’s why the word scam is coming to mind.

I have spoken to Chargeflow Chat Support Agent, Cassandra. She did a good job explaining to me all my queries and allaying my fear and concerns about accessing to personal datas in my store. This Chargeflow is introduced by a Youtuber, which I have trust in his recommendation. At least, after today's conversation with Cassandra, I have a better understanding of how their system works. Also, thanks to Mariane from Chargeflow, who has also assisted in clarifying some queries of mine.
