Chargeflow has truly exceeded my expectations! The team is incredibly supportive, responds super quickly on the chat, and is always ready to help. A special thanks to Maria – her patience and clear explanations have been invaluable throughout this process. Although I’m still anxiously awaiting the outcome of the chargeback, it’s reassuring to know there’s a team behind me that is both professional and proactive. Very helpful customer service and always ready to solve any kind of problem. As for the resolution I cannot give an assessment as my paperwork is still waiting for the outcome, however, the response to the paperwork is very fast!

The main dashboard makes it simple to track Chargeflow’s effectiveness in combating chargebacks at a glance. The clear breakdown of open, pending, and won/lost chargebacks, along with easy-to-read categorization, has made managing this process straightforward and efficient.
