They've been really helpful helping me understand my situation and the chargebacks I'm facing. And they always willing to answer my questions pretty quickly and to help me. I'm sure they'll be able to help me with my disputes.

I had already left a one-star review, but I deleted it because they refunded me and promised things would be resolved. Unfortunately, I’m back because nothing has changed. Chargeflow offered “no charge until December 31, 2024”, but they kept charging me even after I deleted the app in January. Now it’s April and I’m still getting charged €90–€100 every month, with no clear explanation. In 2025, I only won one chargeback, so I have no idea where these fees are coming from. Stay far away from this app – it’s misleading, overpriced, and dishonest. I will do everything I can to report them to Shopify and make sure no other merchants fall into the same trap.

I would recommend this app to anyone that does not want to internally and manually manage disputes for their store. I continue to be impressed with the advancements and new upgrades that they are constantly releasing to improve dispute management. I have worked with a lost of dispute management apps and this is by far the most user friendly. Our rep, Boaz, has been so easy to work with and is always great at helping me solve any problems or answer questions that come up. I am most recently impressed with being able to see repeat offenders across all of our different MIDs, how easy Chargeflow alerts was to activate and get started to help us reduce our dispute rate, and their new integration that partners with our smaller payment gateways of TRX and Maverick. You will not be disappointed by this team and the work they do.

If you want to keep your payment processor safe, without holds due to increase of chargebacks when scaling, this is must have app. It also have the alerts feature which refunds the customer before the dispute turns into a chargeback keeping your payment processor dispute rate low. They also handles your disputes, submitting evidence to your payment processor and you are charged a percentage only if the dispute is won. Support is fantastic, Juda makes sure everything is alright if you encounter anything. Just hope on a call with him and he makes sure your needs are fulfilled. If you struggle keeping your dispute rate low this is definitely the best solution!

I had the app installed at the end of 2024. There was some growing pains to figuring out how best to submit disputes, evidence, etc through their app. But the bonus discounts on the initial chargeback wins were enough to push me over the line. Soon after we found out that the advertised discounts aren’t real and they don’t provide support or a way to track this. So onboarding promotions regarding discounts on first chargeback wins don’t actually apply. Other than that, it does speed up the evidence and chargeback tracking

Love using this app.. It saved me countless hours and probably a couple thousand dollars. It's super easy to integrate with payment processors, which means it usually catches everything and I don't have to do much. I would definitely recommend, especially if you're drop shipping from China.

The platform is super easy to use, takes the stress out of handling disputes, and saves us lots of time. We love how automated everything is, and the real-time updates keep us in the loop. Additionally, their support team is always quick to help if we need anything.
