Great experience so far. Chargeflow has been very helpful with account setup and explaining the chargeback process clearly. The support team is responsive and professional, and the account review gave useful insights. Looking forward to continuing using the service.

Aubrey was incredibly helpful throughout the entire Chargeflow setup process. She explained everything clearly, was very patient with my questions, and made sure the system was configured correctly for my Shopify store. What I appreciated most was how responsive and supportive she was — it felt like she genuinely cared about getting things right rather than rushing through it. The setup is now clear, organised, and gives me much more confidence handling chargebacks going forward. Highly recommend her support. Thank you again!

Since we implemented this app, we lost all the chargebacks we got. Comparatively with before where we used to win about 30-40% of the cases

Carina was the greatest!! It was easy to reach her and get connected with the chat box, she was incredibly responsive and made the entire process simple. She helped us a lot with submitting evidence for our dispute, and she even reached out and kept us updated a few days later when the team uploaded our evidence to our case!
