Great app and support.

Mariane from Chargeflow was super attentive, super responsive and did her best to try and reverse a chargeback for me. Through no fault of her own, nor the app's, I appear set to lose a chargeback case for around $575....as it appears as though without my knowledge, the card was fraudulently used. So the big banks, still make their money with their $25 Chargeback fee on top of my basically stolen goods.....you would think the banks would have insurance to protect the retailer, who is supplying the goods with a card authorised by the banks in good faith, but not in this world.

The team is fantastic and super kind. Knowledgeable and makes time for us to understand our business and take care of us as a small business. The price is very reasonable and Chargeflow understand our priorities and work with us fantastically to stop fraud and false chargebacks. Highly recommend the team here. This company just double charges me twice the same chargeback 2805,36$ !! Crazy, I have to escalade to shopify billing team to get a refund. I suggest to avoid this company.
