Chargeflow Prevent Chargebacks

Very good app! FAST SUPPORT!

Just submitted a chargeback request. The process was smooth, fast and professional. Now waiting for their results. Overall, until now, is great.

Carina was very helpful and made the process very easy. Customer service was available at 11:00 pm to help me with my issue.

I'm extremely disappointed with Chargeflow. Initially, they made a significant error by submitting contradictory information in response to a chargeback dispute, causing me unnecessary stress and of course, a lost dispute. To make up for it, they promised the next dispute would be handled free of charge. However, when the next dispute occurred, they still charged the standard fee. It's now been weeks of back-and-forth, and I'm still waiting for the promised refund. Communication has been poor, promises have not been kept, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this app or service based on my experience. UPDATE: After leaving this review, they have finally refunded me, so I am changing to 2 stars instead of 1. It does not charge the bad experience I had and I do not recommend this app. To make it even worse, they kept sending me e-mails to delete this review!

Seems good so far. Cassandra and Aubrey from their support team was very quick to respond in getting me set up. And so far the platform seems intuitive and well set up. Haven't actually had a chargeback yet to comment on their support but Prevent did flag a couple of high risk orders.

Very helpful in managing chargebacks and essential if you don't want to handle chargebacks yourself.

Fantastic app. For years we used CB911 and when they alerted us, we had to login, find the last 4 digits of the card, then go search for it in our payment processor and issue the refund manually, then go back into CB911, and mark it as refunded. We recently received a Chargeback and ChargeFlow alerted us but also went in and refunded the order on our behalf before it became a chargeback. Our team had to do nothing. Great service and must have to keep your % low. Also, Mariane in support was super helpful.

Carina was very thorough and had outstanding customer service skills. She explained the Chargeback process to me to ensure I was not confused by how they do business.
