Fantastic app. For years we used CB911 and when they alerted us, we had to login, find the last 4 digits of the card, then go search for it in our payment processor and issue the refund manually, then go back into CB911, and mark it as refunded. We recently received a Chargeback and ChargeFlow alerted us but also went in and refunded the order on our behalf before it became a chargeback. Our team had to do nothing. Great service and must have to keep your % low. Also, Mariane in support was super helpful.

Carina was very thorough and had outstanding customer service skills. She explained the Chargeback process to me to ensure I was not confused by how they do business.

horrible hidden fees. Edit: Now after I have ended it with them they harass me daily. When I say please leave me alone they say not until this review is taken off. They have put my phone number and business on scam calls. Horrible
