Super friendly and helpful.I had meeting with Juda, and he took his time to answer all of the questions I had. super, just awesome.

If you want to keep your payment processor safe, without holds due to increase of chargebacks when scaling, this is must have app. It also have the alerts feature which refunds the customer before the dispute turns into a chargeback keeping your payment processor dispute rate low. They also handles your disputes, submitting evidence to your payment processor and you are charged a percentage only if the dispute is won. Support is fantastic, Juda makes sure everything is alright if you encounter anything. Just hope on a call with him and he makes sure your needs are fulfilled. If you struggle keeping your dispute rate low this is definitely the best solution!

I had the app installed at the end of 2024. There was some growing pains to figuring out how best to submit disputes, evidence, etc through their app. But the bonus discounts on the initial chargeback wins were enough to push me over the line. Soon after we found out that the advertised discounts aren’t real and they don’t provide support or a way to track this. So onboarding promotions regarding discounts on first chargeback wins don’t actually apply. Other than that, it does speed up the evidence and chargeback tracking

Love using this app.. It saved me countless hours and probably a couple thousand dollars. It's super easy to integrate with payment processors, which means it usually catches everything and I don't have to do much. I would definitely recommend, especially if you're drop shipping from China.

The platform is super easy to use, takes the stress out of handling disputes, and saves us lots of time. We love how automated everything is, and the real-time updates keep us in the loop. Additionally, their support team is always quick to help if we need anything.

We have had the app installed for a few months now and have not seen a difference aside from having the task "automated". Win Rate over a 6 month period is still at 0%. We do have a business model that Chargeflow may not be familiar with along with multiple factors outside of immediate control. We do appreciate having 1 less task but was hoping for better results. What we would love to see is Chargeflow go back through all the lost/disputed orders that were actually fulfilled and try to get some quick wins (if at all possible) from those.

If you haven't installed this app in your Shopify store yet, you should do it now. The customer service is very quick to respond to all your questions and will take care of everything for you. Lost over €1,000 in just one week because of Chargeflow's inability to respond to disputes on time! This level of negligence is outrageous and completely unacceptable. The fact that I have to deal with these disputes myself shows how unprofessional this service truly is. I demand immediate contact with someone who can take responsibility and provide the support I need. Your lack of communication and failure to act in a timely manner is costing me money and causing immense frustration. This cannot continue.

I recommend everyone to upload this app on their Shopify so tackle customers that want to scam us. This is becoming a big issue now. The support has been fantastic so far.
