I have a fantastic experience working with the Chargeflow program. The app. is easy to work with and has helped save our company thousands of dollars in charge backs. It has also save us hundreds of man hours gathering the correct information to dispute the case. The Chargeflow team has been very easy & helpful to work with. Jim

The app is very helpful if you have multiple stores and need to track every case. It allows you to leave notes which was always a downpart of PayPal/Klarna when more than one person is working in there. The App is still having some issues at time but when contacting their support via the chat funktion it gets resolved very fast. I am sure in future this app will be perfect and it will take less time to solve the cases, and to keep track of appealable cases. Thanks for your hard work!

Great app! I highly recommend using them, if you are looking for a company who is specialized in fighting chargeback. Boaz was the agent who assisted us along the way and he was very infrequently.

Charge flow takes care of everything! It leaves more time for us to focus on the customers and making improvements to our business. Many chargebacks can also be result of fraud so to know we don't have to spend time worrying about all of that is a big relief! I am always able to speak with support through chat and its very quick and always always so helpful! So far I'm really glad we decided to work with chargeflow

I was pleasantly surprised to see the useful and user friendly interface that was atomically set up when I installed the app. Right away it located a current charge back request and began working on it. Today I had an onboarding session with Boraz which was very helpful. So far this looks like just the partner I need as I work to expand my sales.

Just installed the app and although I don't have results on the chargeback just yet, I can say: 1.) The product is well built and designed. 2.) My customer service agent, Boaz, is amazing. Great communications, understood the problem, was able to answer my questions very well. I'm looking forward to seeing how well they fight my case!

Asking for unnecessary permissions and information that is not relevant to apps performance. also don't have an explanation as to why they need to know our payouts. *update* Since we posted this review the team have contacted us explaining in more detail as to why they need access to certain parts of our Shopify store. When we first reached out to their customer service regarding the access, they didn't have an explanation, hence the low score review. However, they have really dedicated themselves to clearing up the misunderstanding, educating their support staff and gone the extra mile informing us the customers. Thanks for clearing everything up :)

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.
