We were very satisfied with Chargeflow during the first year of using their service. Unfortunately, in recent months the quality of service has declined significantly. We had a negotiated price of $29 for alerts, yet we were charged $39 and the request for a refund was refused. Additionally, the Alerts feature does not perform as advertised. Instead of the claimed 90% effectiveness, our actual results were closer to 50%. Regarding chargeback management, the 25% fee they take on recovered chargebacks is among the highest in the market. Several competitors now offer comparable or better results at a much lower cost. Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend the app in its current state.

Lost a fairly straightforward chargeback with this company - a chargeback that should have easily been won! It was an order not received with all proof of receipt attached to the order. Certainly not worth money. I uninstalled and canceled the app as soon as I found out the news that the chargeback was lost.

Chargeflow has totally changed the way we deal with chargebacks. As our Shopify store grew, we were spending way too much time dealing with disputes. Since we started using Chargeflow, it's been pretty much hands-off. Their customer service is also super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want to save time and stress.

The people at chargeflow are absolutely amazing to work with. They are very quick to respond, will help you with any questions that you may have and the system they use to help you win chargebacks is pretty amazing. The best part about this system is you only get charged if you win. As a business owner i feel that every single business needs this on their website. We all know there are lots of people in the world that are not the most honest and this helps keep them honest and keeps your profits in your pocket. If you are on the fence about using this company, please just go for it. you will not regret it! Thank you Chargeflow!

So far so good! Mariane made it clear that I don't get charged unless they win the case for me, in which they'll take 25%. Sounds fair to me! She's been extremely helpful and kind throughout the process, offering to update me through email, which I prefer. What happened: Customer placed and order and then issued a chargeback 40 minutes later before we even got a chance to send her package. She stated that she wasn't able to receive her package. I refunded her but the chargeback sided with the customer anyway so I'm getting hit with a duplicate refund + chargeback fee of $15. I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Chargeflow will be!

I just signed up, and I want to mention chargeback case they put forward with the bank looks very professional and clearly outlines all the facts. They were a great help in getting everything set up. So far, everything is going well.

Super helpful product, that makes dealing with chargebacks smooth and low stress. I would recommend adding Chargeflow to any shopify store
