Chargeflow's chargeback responses are outstanding and have saved our team a significant amount of time. The account managers are incredibly helpful and provide tailored support, making the process smooth. The dashboard/interface is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing easy access to all essential information. Overall, I highly recommend Chargeflow for anyone looking to enhance their chargeback management.

Fantastic app. For years we used CB911 and when they alerted us, we had to login, find the last 4 digits of the card, then go search for it in our payment processor and issue the refund manually, then go back into CB911, and mark it as refunded. We recently received a Chargeback and ChargeFlow alerted us but also went in and refunded the order on our behalf before it became a chargeback. Our team had to do nothing. Great service and must have to keep your % low. Also, Mariane in support was super helpful.

horrible hidden fees. Edit: Now after I have ended it with them they harass me daily. When I say please leave me alone they say not until this review is taken off. They have put my phone number and business on scam calls. Horrible

This app invaluable for those that do not have the time to deal with disputes, you should definitely consider adding chargeflow to your Shopify Store.
