We couldn't be happier with Chargeflow! It was an easy set up and they got started right away. We had been spending too much time handling chargebacks without much success. So far, Chargeflow has a 100% success rate for us. Highly recommend this app.

My first experience with a dispute chargeback service. Mr. Boaz Edelman was very patient and thorough in going through how the interface works and their team would be able to help my business in the unfortunate event of a chargeback. He explained in detail how the company could help me deal with chargebacks moving forward; I will look into providing the coverage for Humm payments provider for Ireland. Chargeflow is an amazing app. It takes all stress away from dealing manually with the chargebacks. Gathering the correct information to dispute the case takes a lot of time and they do everything for you, that's a fantastic service.

Awesome customer service, they help you gather the necessary information for the best chance possible to win your case, they have been able to answer any questions around chargebacks i've had...they've also gave me tips on handling the chargeback directly with the customer and tips on how to stay in front of chargebacks....10 out of 10 recommend

The very best tech comes from Israel. Just won a chargeback through chargeflow. The whole process was automated. And upon looking at the chargeback form that they submitted to the bank it was really well put together. Far better than I could have manually done!

This is probably the most useful app I've ever found for dealing with disputes. Customer support responds in an instant and deals with all of your issues fast. You can save a ton of time by not having to deal with disputes yourself. I thought I was very good at dealing with disputes but after you see how much effort they put to provide evidence for your dispute cases you will feel like a rookie! Best app ever!

I just started using this app. It's too early to evaluate the service. However as of now it is okay. There is a technical issue with this app, I have only one open dispute but it's showing, twice in the dashboard. I have reported it. Hope it will be fixed soon. The customer service is very responsive. The app developer Boaz is very nice person. He initiated a virtual introductory meeting with me which is really appreciated.
