Their customer support team is awesome; they reached out within days of installing the app and explained how it worked. So far very impressed with the services.

Asking for unnecessary permissions and information that is not relevant to apps performance. also don't have an explanation as to why they need to know our payouts. *update* Since we posted this review the team have contacted us explaining in more detail as to why they need access to certain parts of our Shopify store. When we first reached out to their customer service regarding the access, they didn't have an explanation, hence the low score review. However, they have really dedicated themselves to clearing up the misunderstanding, educating their support staff and gone the extra mile informing us the customers. Thanks for clearing everything up :)

After 6 months of using Shopify to power my small business, I was hit with a chargeback. I came across Chargeflow with great services. I was contacted by Boaz, its great to actually speak to a person than AI. Where he went over how their service works. 1 day after using chargeflow they had already gathered all evidence regarding my chargeback and was submitted. Overall great experience, representative Boaz was very helpful and personable. Very satisfied

I have the app on my shopify store. It makes me feel safe knowing that Boaz and Yuval are always ready to chat to me and help me with any chargebacks or fraudulent transactions on my website. They are just a quick video call away. Online fraud is hard to deal with, so it is great knowing that these guys are keeping an eye on my online store and are there ready to help when needed. So far, the communication between their team and our team has been phenomenal. The setup was very quick and minimal steps to get up and running. It is a major weight off our shoulders to have the services that they provide. We have been combating the customer abuse of chargebacks, and this is the solution we were looking for. Highly recommended.

I am so happy to have downloaded Chargeflow. I had a chargeback that I lost last year because I handled it on my own although the customer was in the wrong as they still have my product and the was rewarded their money back. Fast forward to today, I've gotten a second chargeback which I now feel comfortable that Chargeflow has my back.

Thisapp handles chargebacks much better than Disputifer (another app that I don't recommend which breaks your cart page for some reason). Chargeflow has an actual human digging deep to make sure the answer is thorough as possible.

I found out about your App from the app store, after we previously got hit by hargebacks, we're new to shopify and it put a bit of a blow into us so we needed someone reliable to help. They've been great so far with everything. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this application!! I’ve tried similar chargeback services, but they struggled for months on the initial set up to ultimately fail. The set up for this app was simple, and the service is awesome. Can’t recommend this app enough.
