Used successfully for almost 3 years. All of a sudden stopped working and their customer support is worthless. Save you "AND YOUR CUSTOMERS" the hassle and look for something else!!!!
We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with Chatra! We currently do not see any issues in your account. Both the chat widget and the email integration are working, and messages arrive in your Chatra account. When you talked to our support team, you had an issue with the email forwarding. We asked you to share a screenshot of the forwarding settings in your email client, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. We see that emails are now being successfully forwarded to your Chatra account, so most probably you already updated the settings or reconnected your mailbox. If you still have issues with anything else, please let us know.

Switched to this from using zendesk for many years and this is by far such a nice and simplified online chat system for what we needed. Support was quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

We used other LiveChat apps before and this is the best one we used thus far. It is accessible, easy to use, and many of our team members are on this app assisting our customers. It is one of the best apps on Shopify. Highly, highly recommend! A+

Nous utilisons CHATRA, et nous sommes content de savoir que le chat a beaucoup évalué, il rends les ventes plus faciles et fluides. Le support est au top , serviable et consciencieux, merci Chatra et bravo!

I used this app to communicate with customers better. I really like how it does auto-hello messages. It would be nice if it did more features in the free version.

Easy set up with what we needed to create our own look and feel. This app is user friendly and great to use! It works well on our website. We are very happy! The ChatBot team responds quick to queries. Thank for a wonderful app! Really appreciate it!

I used to give 5 Stars and paid 1 year. But have to change now. My chakra widget stop working this morning. It disappeared in whole store, when I login to the app, always shows no visitor on page but shopify has live visitors. Tried to 1). contact suppoer in Shopify, email, phone call, nothing. 2). see if they have account on Twitter, Negative.3). Re-install the app in Shopify. No change. It used to work fine but once you got the trouble, you lost support like blind

This app really helped our customer service team be much more productive. The customers love the added touchpoint for them and it was easy to install and manage.

We are still learning to use ChatBot to retain customers but so far so good. One thing to note, I am not able to initiate the conversation.

Great app - exactly what I needed. Very easy to set up and to manage. Love the fact that I get the notifications on my phone whenever someone asks a question on the website. Definitely a must have!
