I’ve tried other chatbot apps, but I’ve never seen an app as convenient as Chatty. I had some additional questions, so I reached out to customer service, and the representative Hazel resolved my issues perfectly in real time. I highly recommend this app.

I tried 3 AI chat bots before Chatty AI and they were all missing basic items, unless you upgraded to their pro plans. Chatty was easy to setup and the support has been quick and helpful. The price is right and I couldn't be more pleased. You won't be sorry~!
Excellent customer service. Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario. Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive. Excellent app and faultless customer support.

We chose this app because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. After installing and setting it up, the app significantly slowed down our entire website, to the point where it affected the user experience. This alone forced us to uninstall it. In addition, we encountered multiple bugs: customers often couldn’t click on the predefined answers, and in some cases they weren’t even able to start a new chat at all because the app was so laggy. These issues made the app unreliable for real-world use. While the custom instruction feature is helpful, it doesn’t compensate for the severe performance problems. The developers urgently need to address optimization and stability, because in its current state, the app causes more harm than good.

This app is so useful! It can answer the customers automatically. And it can also promote the products to buyers. Such a good app. Also, the customer service is so good , they alwasys online when I need help. Especially, Audrey is so friendly and kind.
