We’re COY Eyewear, and the Chatty app has been an excellent addition to our platform: both visually and functionally. It offers multilingual support and features a true AI chatbot that follows the rules you set while remaining flexible and personal to your store’s tone and needs. It has made customer interaction smoother and smarter. The support team has been fantastic, truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended.

I found the app delivers excellent value even with the free plan. The team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions. I had read reviews saying support for free plan users was lacking, but my experience was much better than expected. Several support reps assisted me during the trial, and Hana stood out as especially helpful.

I'm using Chatty to assist with my online customer service, and the AI has swiftly resolved most of my customers' inquiries. I'm very appreciate to Hana. There was an issue with URL responses, and with her technical help, I resolved this response problem. The function is awesome. Always brings historical chat and some time loads with Hi Null, message

Jasmine helped me solve the problem quickly when I didn't know how to add AI instructions! She responded promptly and was very helpful. Their customer support is truly excellent! I highly recommend that everyone use this app!

Je suis en train de tester l'application rapide et facile à mettre ne place le support est très réactif merci à hana, il vont même demander au support technique de voir s'il y'a moyen de faire une connexion avec une autre de mes application de bundle pour que le chatbot ia soit parfaitement coordonnée avec mon offre actuelle.

We tested Chatty for our shop. The installation is simple, and whenever something doesn’t work as expected, the chat support is extremely fast and competent. What really stands out: the support team not only provides answers but also carries out the necessary adjustments themselves – including clear documentation. Very helpful, quick, and reliable!

Took a couple of hours to set up and train the AI, but it's exactly what I was looking for (and more actually!): a GPT-wrapper with live chat widget embed, that can be trained based on your product/brand. Really cool. Customer support is good too - cheers Hazel!

About 2 hrs into the set up and 5/5 so far. Integrations with Shopify is great and it comes with a chat where you can chat directly with their team. Hazel has been the rep who has been helping me here and there and shes been amazing. Highly recommended!
