I installed it because I liked the ability to choose whether or not to display the chat, the menu in the chat, the ability to extract and display only the frequently asked questions that I wanted to address, and the ability to search within the chat. Support was prompt and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Audrey and William!) ) I am very happy with the quality of the software. It's a very good app. I recommend this app.

I want to express my gratitude to Judy for the amazing support she provided. I was struggling to figure out how to change the language of the chatbox and the FAQ section, and Judy guided me step by step through the entire process. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making everything easy to understand. Thanks to her help, I was able to make the changes without any issues. I’m really thankful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of support!

I needed some help with the live chat, and I was connected with Tiana. What a fantastic experience! Tiana was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to really listen to my questions and made sure I fully understood what I needed to do. She even went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.
