If you’re on the fence about downloading Chatty, just do it! The app is amazing, and their customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced. Jasmine solved my issue so quickly and even went above and beyond by involving Andrew, the developer, to make sure everything was sorted. They both worked together to ensure I was completely satisfied. Huge thanks to them. I’m genuinely so impressed!

Impressed by all that this app can do. I was looking for a simple AI chat solution, and this does the job, but also so much more. You can basically manage your entire user support in one concentrated place, from support team assignments, to FAQ's etc. Chatty's support team helped me resolve my one issue in no time.

I'm just getting started with this app, but the customer support is great. (Thanks Hana!) It seems to do everything as promised. It intergrates perfectly with Klaviyo and grabs all the info your customers need whether manually or from the website. Best chat bot around.

I signed up for Chatty sometime ago, but just decided to go in and set everything up today. Even though it was Saturday, support was amazing. Jasmine was assisting and helped me set some things up. She was quick to respond to my questions and solved all the issues I had. All-in-all, a great experience.

Esta es, sin duda, la mejor aplicación del mercado. Probé e instalé más de 10 chatbots en mi sitio web y, después de compararlos todos, este fue el mejor. Customer service is amazing. I was skeptical because most of the reviews were so good, but it's true, this is by far one of the best chat bot/messaging apps on this platform
