I had a great experience with Chatty AI support. Jasmine was very professional, patient, and quick to respond to my questions. She guided me step by step on how to configure the chatbot for my Shopify store and made sure I understood how to customize the settings. Thanks to her help, I was able to solve my issue quickly. Excellent support, thank you Jasmine!

literally the best customer service I have ever experienced with an app. They help me with ANYTHING right on the spot and save me so much time trying to figure things out myself. I can't recommend it enough. Hana has been awesome help too. I'm really impressed. it has helped our customer support and online support so much

The ability to train and fine tune the AI with Chatty is a game changer - and the clean, performant tools for staff will make adoption a breeze! Shout out to Hana on the support team who resolved an issue for me in under 2 minutes! Awesome support and a great tool, highly recommended !

I looked into several AI chat apps, but when I tried it on the demo page, chatty was the only one that responded better than I expected. It recommended products on a card, so I decided to try chatty on my own page. The design is beautiful even without any effort, which was also a deciding factor. It's currently in the testing phase, but it seems very customizable.

The Chatty team have been absolutely brilliant — they went above and beyond to help me code the backend so that the chatbot looks and functions exactly the way I envisioned. I have to give special recognition to April from the Chatty support team - she was absolutely outstanding! April was exceptionally helpful, incredibly attentive to my needs, and resolved all my issues quickly and professionally. Her level of service really stood out. The entire support team at Chatty is responsive and knowledgeable, but April's assistance was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly for my store. The app itself is fantastic, but having such dedicated support makes all the difference. Highly recommend Chatty, and if you need help, you're in great hands with their team!

A great app that has the feature of AI chat and FAQ. It also allows you to create FAQ blocks that can be included in specific page. The support team is very helpful and professional. Worth to give it a try.
