I had a great experience with Andy from the Chatty support team. He replied quickly, clearly explained how to use the AI chatbot for real-time Shopify order tracking, and even provided a visual example that made everything easy to understand. Very helpful, polite, and professional — excellent support!

I added this app and it was one of the best things I could do to help me with a customer service agent when I am not available. Hazel walked me through the process and also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything set up properly. A great choice for my business.
So many issues with this app. I can never get into it anymore. Every time I click on it it will be a blank white screen or it will say my website is blocked??? The AI is very unhelpful, I have had customers almost cancel orders because the AI doesn't help until I stepped into the chat myself and resolved the issue and thankfully didn't lose the customers that this happened to. Doesnt seem super useful since its not working well anymore.

We’re currently in the setup phase with the Chatty app, and the experience has been excellent so far. The onboarding has been smooth, and the tools are already proving easy to work with and tailor to our business needs. A big thank-you to Audrey, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the setup. She’s guided us through each step, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and well supported. Looking forward to seeing Chatty fully in action!

Chatty ist für eine kostenlose Variante echt Top und hat alle Funktionen die man braucht. Der Kundenservice ist auch echt super. Ich hatte mit Hana geschrieben und Sie hat mir bei mehreren Sachen geholfen und sich echt mühe gegeben, eine sehr freundliches gespräch :)

I found the app delivers excellent value even with the free plan. The team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions. I had read reviews saying support for free plan users was lacking, but my experience was much better than expected. Several support reps assisted me during the trial, and Hana stood out as especially helpful.
