The support I received using Livechat was amazing. Jade was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. She answered all my questions and assisted me in setting up my chatbot. My Chatbot is now up and running on my site and I am so excited!
As a free plan App, it has all the tools required to keep the conversation going with the customer. Additionally, the Q&A (FAQ section) offers customers a quick glance at the important question you can personally outline. This is a very helpful reference guide. The customer support is quick to answer (thank you Sonny) to provide details to integrate the software. We have not used the AI tools yet, but the 'quick answers' feature allows you to preprogram an answer to a common question.

A really good app, which is very comprehensive even on the free plan. I highly recommend the app, and if you have any questions or problems, you'll get help really quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Sonny, who went through everything with me in no time and fixed everything.

Jasmine and Heni in Chatty AI's live chat and chatbot support were truly wonderful! They efficiently and clearly helped me sort out an issue with the color switch settings in the store. Both of them were patient, experienced, and diligent in double-checking everything before they concluded, making sure it all looked great. The APP Support is excellent. No matter what time of the day I contact them they answer and always help with issues until they are resolved. This is very important for a Store Owner to have.
