A big thanks to Sonny for being super helpful when I had questions. I actually didn't expect a reply so fast. I had a special requirement, and they added that in for me not long after I installed the app, tested it out on multiple devices and even sent me videos so I could see how it was working. The settings are really straight forward, and the app is easy to navigate. I previously had a manual chat on my website, and I think this is going to be so much more helpful for customers. You can even configure product recommendations based on products and also have it give a code when someone adds something to cart to nudge them to purchase. It's awesome! Loving everything about it so far!

This is an incredibly easy to use chatbot for Shopify. The setup was simple, and the features are fantastic. I particularly love the live agent option—it's great to know that I'm notified immediately when a customer requests to speak with a human. The upselling feature is also a game changer; it's already helped me generate a sale. The support I received from Hana was excellent, and she was a great help in resolving some issues I had.
