Even though I'm new to Chatty, it seems very easy to use, powerful, and customizable. And more importantly, the App appears to be evolving constantly. Great App!

If you're looking for an AI Chatbot look further. The AI bot is pretty basic and provides very poor answers e.g. when we asked for our top-selling product it answered it does not sell any products in that category. Even worse, when we installed the App it has overwritten our FAQ page - don't use it.

This is an awesome Chat app. It has everything you could possibly need . The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana and Anivia are helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.

Outstanding service! After weeks of unsuccessful attempts with other support teams, I finally found real help with CHATTY. A special thank you to Sonny, who was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable in helping me resolve a technical issue with activating the chat on my website.. something no one else had been able to fix. He quickly identified the root of the problem and guided me through the solution step by step. It's rare to find such attentive and skilled customer support. Nice App! I have been using it for our FAQs page for over a year now and find it to be really intuitive and user friendly. It's easy to use and set up and if you have any issues, Hana and Maison are friendly and most importantly quick to respond and help with any fixes.
