Support for this app is the best, instant reply and attentive to all your needs. Hana helped me get my FAQ page up and running and supported me throughout the process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple and easy to add FAQ.

Ai Chatty has been an absolute game-changer for our customer service. The AI has helped us answer so many customer questions regarding fragrances, especially when we're too busy to respond right away. It's truly a lifesaver. Their customer care is amazing, too. They really take their time to help with any questions we have. Alyssa has been incredible, helping us set everything up correctly and making the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!

Access from China If you are accessing the app from China, certain network restrictions may block the app from loading. In this case, please try connecting via a VPN and then reopening the app. 2. App requires an update after new features were released We recently released new features that require additional permissions to function correctly. Occasionally, due to an issue on Shopify’s side, the message to update these permissions does not display right away, which can result in a blank screen. To resolve this: - Please clear your browser cache and reload the app page a few times until you see the update message, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HdopDd-s7-gH. - You may also try opening the app directly from Shopify admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels: https://prnt.sc/Cm2pj4YUFkug. This platform perfectly complements the features that Shopify’s official inbox cannot provide. It’s truly outstanding. The chat functionality is excellent, enabling centralized management of the entire customer support process—from assigning support team members to handling FAQs. Whenever I run into issues, Hana from the support team is always quick, kind, and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a user-friendly and reliable chat app with solid support, I highly recommend it!

The AI customer service function is very convenient, supports online FAQs compilation, supports chat data tracking, and the online customer service is very good and can solve our problems at any time. Thank you very much!

The customer service was great. Every time I needed help, there was always somebody there to help me out. Unfortunately, it's not answering some customer questions correctly. Even though there was a product in there exactly as the customer wrote it, it still didn't pick it up. I think it's a little early for the AI Chat part of it. We're going to come back and look at it a little later.

Highly recommend! I am new to the app, and so far the setup has been straightforward and easy to use. The customer support team has been amazing: responses are quick, Jade and Alicia were especially helpful in answering all of my questions. They’re not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference. I am looking forward to exploring more of the features.

C'est l'application revé ! un assistant de vente et d'aide au suivi des commandes.. c'est génial! et surtout ca nous libère du temps pour le reste du travail. Nous avons fait le choix de Chatty au lieu de créer un chatbot AI avec les outils du marché mais le coût et la sécurité sont mieux avec cette applications. De plus quand vous avez un support technique aussi serviable que present avec jasmine ... il y'a rien à dire que de l'adopter sans tarder! merci
