We’re currently in the setup phase with the Chatty app, and the experience has been excellent so far. The onboarding has been smooth, and the tools are already proving easy to work with and tailor to our business needs. A big thank-you to Audrey, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the setup. She’s guided us through each step, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and well supported. Looking forward to seeing Chatty fully in action!

Chatty ist für eine kostenlose Variante echt Top und hat alle Funktionen die man braucht. Der Kundenservice ist auch echt super. Ich hatte mit Hana geschrieben und Sie hat mir bei mehreren Sachen geholfen und sich echt mühe gegeben, eine sehr freundliches gespräch :)
I'm using Chatty to assist with my online customer service, and the AI has swiftly resolved most of my customers' inquiries. I'm very appreciate to Hana. There was an issue with URL responses, and with her technical help, I resolved this response problem. The function is awesome. Always brings historical chat and some time loads with Hi Null, message

Regarding the issue you mentioned: - The “Hi Null” message has already been fixed in our latest update. - For the historical chat messages, this usually happens when multiple proactive chat triggers are enabled at the same time, which can cause duplicated messages. We also noticed that you’ve recently uninstalled the app. We’d really love another opportunity to support you and show how Chatty can work better for your store. Jasmine helped me solve the problem quickly when I didn't know how to add AI instructions! She responded promptly and was very helpful. Their customer support is truly excellent! I highly recommend that everyone use this app!

excellent app, Hana was very helpful during set up. Drake showed me how to use and set up the app, so far using it and setting it up seems very good.
