We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.

That´s everything i was looking for. We have AI Assistant and Live Chat options which is perfect. Also the support is perfect and helpful, especially Hana helped me a lot :)

I'm just taking my first steps in the app, but so far it's been very intuitive and user-friendly. What impressed me even more than the app itself is the excellent support team, especially Audrey, who responded quickly and solved my issue in no time, in the best possible way. It was truly a pleasure to work with her.

Very helpful and easy to use! Chatty made it super simple to set up a friendly virtual assistant on my store. It’s the perfect tool for improving customer experience. The support team (especially Mirra!) was fast, kind, and really helpful. Highly recommend!

Chatty ai chatbot is extremely helpful to have in my store. The amount of features it has makes it a game changer for your store. You can have a simple FAQ of course but you can also train the chatty ai bot on different questions and answers that you provide it. This is a great tool because it allows you to customize chatty to learn about your specific store and things you may want it to know so it can better assist your customers. They also have a feature that allows you to sync your products so that chatty can learn about them and better answer questions related to those products. It is very customizable and I like how much they offer in the app. I like having it so that any customers that I am not able to help immediately can still have their questions answered until I can reply. Another big thing that I really appreciate from any good app is their customer service. The Chatty team is extremely helpful and kind and get back to you quickly to address any problems you may be having. I was recently helped by Sonny and he was able to take care of issues I was having in a short amount of time due to their in app chat feature. Overall it is a very good app and I am excited to see what other features the team decides to add in the future.

Best app in the app store it is simple yet highly usable and effective. Free version is even better than the paid chatbots haha

It is a great App, but it doesn't notify you when your customer visits your website. However, I love the app, and it's user-friendly.

Quick and helpful responses from the support team. The Chatty Live chat has been easy to train and will help out a lot with customer enquries! Highly recommend!

The more I use it, the more I discover amazing features. In particular, the translation function and product descriptions are so natural, it's as if they were done by a human.
