Poor performance overall. Been letting it run for about a month or 2 and so far, lots of issues with performance, AI response, assigning, etc. Will give one more try and return

Fantastic app for AI and integration with Shopify. Support is always on hand and super fast at replying! Only feedback is it can't auto assign to agents in order when you run the AI at the same time - which can be hard when you have multiple agents active every day.

Quick way to generate FAQ’s clustered by subject and with dropdown answers. Other tools I have not used yet but probably work just as easy. Excellent support as well. Language can be set to Dutch, there is a free version available but You might need a payed version when scaling up

Upon downloading we received instant support, that helped us onboard the AI to our platform, with 0 delay and tech support that helped answering questions about data pulling and how AI works towards getting data from eshop for relevant information. We highly reccomend this chatbot.

Wir haben nur die KI getestet, über die anderen Funktionen können wir nichts sagen. Die KI allerdings funktioniert nicht gut. Wir verkaufen Kosmetik. Und nachdem der Bot mit allen Infos gefüttert wurde, haben wir nach eine Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt. Der Bot schlug unter anderem einen Lippenstift vor. Das Technik Team bei Chatty hat dann nachjustiert. Als wir das nächste Mal nach einem Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt haben, hat er dann unter anderem einen Nagellack vorgeschlagen. Noch nicht 100% ausgereift würde ich sagen.
