As someone who has been using Chaaty on my Shopify store for a while, I have to say it's been an absolute game - changer! The instant chat feature is a lifesaver. It allows me to connect with my customers in real - time, answer their questions promptly, and address any concerns they might have right away. The chat window pops up at just the right times, which is super convenient for both me and my customers. And the fact that I can customize the appearance and the trigger rules is amazing. It fits perfectly with the look and feel of my store. Audrey from the support team deserves a special shout - out. She's always been incredibly helpful, answering all my queries promptly and guiding me through any issues. Thanks to her and this great app, my customer service has improved significantly, and I've seen an increase in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Highly recommend Chaaty to all Shopify store owners!

Very easy to set up and integrate. I loved that there was templates pre-written to facilitate and and speed up the set up process for the FAQ integration. They also make it very easy to reach support in case of questions during the set up. Sonny was very helpful, polite, and answers very fast.

Nice easy and user friendly app - very supportive chat assistants as well available for 24/7 for any questions! Happy with this app which is very affordable and in terms of functionalities similar as Zendesk or Freshworks! Would highly recommend this app!
