Hana was a great help. She was able to help me get the app working in no time. She was really quick. I couldn't figure out what I was missing. She was able to get figure that out and give me guidance on how to improve thing. Thank you Hana. Hopefully, when can work together again.
Excelente, todo bien, a pesar de que tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos al principio, todo el equipo estuvo trabajando para solucionarlo, creo que queda muy poco para que este al 100%, por ahora dejo 4 estrellas por que me falta que una tremenda herramienta como ésta esté al 100%. The settings are very user-friendly and meet user needs. The customer service responds promptly and helps merchants solve problems during use.
Tried several chatbox, Chatty is smarter. You do not have to set up much to have a satisfied result. Have a few questions and their staff Audrey replied quickly.
This is a very powerful and feature-rich app for chat and LINE marketing. Because it has so many functions, the initial setup can feel a bit complex. However, this is where their support team truly shines. I had a long and detailed setup process, and later a specific technical issue with CSS customization for the chat icon. The support team, were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire journey. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively helped configure settings and solve the problem for me. If you are looking for a powerful chat app, Chatty is a great choice. If you value excellent customer support that will guide you every step of the way, then this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!

I was not able to use the app due to the complex nature of what my store requires. However, the support staff did everything the could to accommodate me and my business. We tried all kinds of things to try and get it to work, but in the end the AI is not as complex as I would have needed. Thanks for all your help!

Love using Chatty! The app runs super smooth and we hardly ever have to touch it. When we do need help, Hana from support is always quick, friendly, and super helpful. Totally recommend if you want an easy, reliable chat app with great support!

Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.
