This is very helpful app. Their support team will help you guide you through the steps. They are very patient with you and cordially answer all your questions. I got Audrey to help me guide through the process. She was very polite and super helpful solved all of my issues in a jiffy. Definitely recommend.
Upon downloading we received instant support, that helped us onboard the AI to our platform, with 0 delay and tech support that helped answering questions about data pulling and how AI works towards getting data from eshop for relevant information. We highly reccomend this chatbot.
Wir haben nur die KI getestet, über die anderen Funktionen können wir nichts sagen. Die KI allerdings funktioniert nicht gut. Wir verkaufen Kosmetik. Und nachdem der Bot mit allen Infos gefüttert wurde, haben wir nach eine Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt. Der Bot schlug unter anderem einen Lippenstift vor. Das Technik Team bei Chatty hat dann nachjustiert. Als wir das nächste Mal nach einem Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt haben, hat er dann unter anderem einen Nagellack vorgeschlagen. Noch nicht 100% ausgereift würde ich sagen.

2 days into trying the app and I'm happy so far. Needed an AI chatbot and this one is pretty straightforward as well as reasonably priced. Needed to make some adjustments to its training and instructions, for which the live chat support agent was super helpful - thanks Sonny! Overall nice app, just make sure to put in a nice and detailed instruction for the AI in order to make it work the best it can.
