Le service client est exceptionnel et s'adapte parfaitement à la langue de ses interlocuteurs, ce qui nous a permis de discuter directement en français. Le support technique est très réactif pour fournir les notifications nécessaires. Un grand merci à Mia et à la technicienne Anivia pour leur aide précieuse et leur professionnalisme.

Judy, fue la persona que me ayudó en el soporte. Me sorprendió lo rápido que contesta, además fue muy educada y amable conmigo en todo momento. No encontraba el modo de activar el live chat, y ella me lo soluciono en menos de 2 minutos. Puedo deducir que se toma su trabajo muy en serio pues demostró ser muy eficiente. De las mejores APP con las que he podido trabajar, tiene todas las funciones que necesito y no ralentiza mi sitio web. Se nota que los desarrolladores de esta APP han pensando en todo. Gracias, estoy muy agradecido.

Firstly, Tracy was awesome. They were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had several requests for assistance using the chatbot. It was customer service at its finest. This is one the best apps I've tested, free or otherwise. The FAQs page and widget are top-notch. I have not tested the AI features.
