I’ve been testing out Chatty AI on my Shopify store and ran into a small issue, and I reached out to their support team, and they responded immediately. Their technical team jumped in and resolved the issue very quickly... within an hour or so. The app itself is super intuitive, easy to set up. I’ve tried a few FAQ/chat solutions before, and this one is by far the most polished. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!!!

HUGE UPDATE.. I posted a negative review (seen below) and hours later our site was contacted by multiple employees of theirs saying that we had a garbage site, etc. All of the employees were based in Vietnam. I'm reporting this to Shopify as I'm sure it's against their app terms in some way. This app is terrible. How do they have all these fake reviews? It has so many glitches. You can't have it not show for certain hours. It glitches when you're trying to talk to anyone. Please don't waste your time. This positive feedback is BS.
