We wanted to make sure some of the specific settings of the Shopify will be hidden by the Chatty - still accessible but not present for the users that would chat with the bot. The support made it happen in the matter of minutes. Hana and Alyssa sure did help a lot in this matter!
Even though I'm new to Chatty, it seems very easy to use, powerful, and customizable. And more importantly, the App appears to be evolving constantly. Great App!

Easy to set up, and the support team is awesome! Abby and Andrew were super quick to help fix an issue we found and were so friendly!
If you're looking for an AI Chatbot look further. The AI bot is pretty basic and provides very poor answers e.g. when we asked for our top-selling product it answered it does not sell any products in that category. Even worse, when we installed the App it has overwritten our FAQ page - don't use it.

This is an awesome Chat app. It has everything you could possibly need . The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana and Anivia are helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.
