Easy to set up, and the support team is awesome! Abby and Andrew were super quick to help fix an issue we found and were so friendly!
If you're looking for an AI Chatbot look further. The AI bot is pretty basic and provides very poor answers e.g. when we asked for our top-selling product it answered it does not sell any products in that category. Even worse, when we installed the App it has overwritten our FAQ page - don't use it.

It sounds like the app’s FAQ page may not have been assigned to a separate template, which caused it to overwrite your store’s default FAQ page. This is an awesome Chat app. It has everything you could possibly need . The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana and Anivia are helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.

Nice App! I have been using it for our FAQs page for over a year now and find it to be really intuitive and user friendly. It's easy to use and set up and if you have any issues, Hana and Maison are friendly and most importantly quick to respond and help with any fixes.
So far pretty cool. Hana was awesome helping me through a couple set up challenges
