Really nice and easy app. I had some trouble adjusting the language from my phone, and Hana helped me. She was extremely quick and understood what my needs was. Very helpful! Thank you Hana.

La page suivi de commande est catastrophique. Vous êtes redirigé via un site absolument pas friendly, qui n'est pas connecté à Shopify et donc ne propose pas un réel suivi de la commande. De plus, bien qu'il soit pratique de pouvoir être contacté via différentes applications, il n'est pas possible d'être contacté directement via notre site.

Excellent customer service! I dont use chat ever, but thought id give it a go! Happy I went with Chatty over shopify inbox... more options and live 24/7 chat for support! Cant go wrong! :-)
