I am new to the Chatty App and while setting everything up I hit the chat button. Sonny was very punctual in responding and I did not have to wait at all! 10 out of 10 recommend! Sonny you ROCK!

Staff Hana is super nice and supportive, the Chatty app is a game changer for all the shops, I would recommend to any person who tries to setup their online business!!

So far works quite well for us, quick support and a lot more features than we had on our past chat system. Looking forward to seeing how we can leverage the AI chatbot to help with support responses.

The Chatty App does not have the most features out of all of the live chat apps, but it does have everything required in a live chat application. What it does do exceptionally well is work like it is should. Their customer service Hana is very patient and friendly, thank you very much

I was having difficulty (I’m not great online) loading the APP on my iPhone. Audrey helped me navigate through the process and it worked perfectly. Love the App. Great support. Thanks AUDREY

The application is very good, the support from Analyst Audrey was efficient, helping us translate from English to Brazilian Portuguese.
