I recently had the pleasure of using Avada, and I am incredibly impressed by both the app and its support service. As a free app, it offers a wealth of features that are typically found in premium versions. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. What truly sets Avada apart, though, is its magnificent support service. I encountered an issue and decided to reach out for assistance. To my delight, the support team responded promptly and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. They were patient, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring my experience was seamless. Not only did they address my issue quickly, but they also followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's rare to find such a high level of commitment and customer care, especially for a free app. I highly recommend Avada to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported application. Five stars!

This app works really good!! It has most needed functions and customization features. Customer service is great as well!!! I requested help to the customer service and Pamela helped me really, really fast to solve my request!!! Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Great app for increasing conversions and retaining customers with Live Chat. Bonus is FAQs which can be customized easily. Best thing about Chatty is the customer support. Almost immediate live support, shout out to Hana for the great support in on-boarding and explaining the settings and features. Overall very much satisfied with this wonderful app true to its cause.

Excellent platform! Rosie from their team helped me set up a few things. Quick responses. Some features are still under development, but the core offering works well - live chats, faqs. They are moving in the right direction!

Tiana and Anivia were extremely helpful at supporting me in no longer having a duplicate page title showing with the FAQ page. I had been trying to remove the duplication for 3 days before reaching out. Thanks again!

Love the app, Looks AWSM. Setting it up was extremely easy. Had a little bit of issue at first, but Hanna from Avada support team, fixed it in a jiffy. I would highly recommend using Chatty.
