I’ve been using Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ for a while now, and it’s been great. The apps are easy to use, and I love how customisable everything is. The designs look really good too. Jade is also fantastic. They were quick to help me when I had an issue and made sure everything was sorted out. It’s been a smooth experience overall. Overall, I’m really happy with both Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ and Jade. They make things simple and easy.

Application intuitive avec un excellent support client J'utilise Chatty pour le chat en direct et le helpdesk sur ma boutique Shopify. L'interface est intuitive, ce qui facilite la gestion des interactions avec les clients. Le support client est réactif et m'a aidé à résoudre rapidement les problèmes que j'ai rencontrés.
