We are just starting on our AI chat journey and the chatty customer service ahs been very helpful helping us work out all the kinks to streamline the chat for our website. so far so good!

Easy to use, great features, highly customisable. The AI Chatbot seems to work well in scanning product info and relaying it back to customers. Would recommend.

I am very impressed with the help of Avada technical support. They are able to solve the problem immediately, they are very nice and helpful. If you need good apps for your shopify, then only apps from Avada, if you have a problem with the app, they will help you. I highly recommend.
