I want to start by saying this can be the best assistant you can have on your webshop, they have really talked and added the same app so you don't have to have different apps. Not only that, the staff are so knowledgeable and really solve everything, they are so fast you are shocked how quickly everything goes. Also want to thank Damian who solved and solves my small problems that I had.

I recently installed this app for my Shopify store, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer. The features are exactly what I needed to allow customers to easily get in contact with us quickly via the online chat function. The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates seamlessly with my store. But what truly stood out was the customer support. I had a query about a specific feature, and Sonny was incredibly helpful. Not only did he respond quickly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to make the most of the app’s capabilities.
