Impressed so far! I asked support if we could amend our spelling to British English from American English and Jasmine came back to me with a link and instructions on how to do this which was simple to follow and has worked well.

Does not send you instant notifications, help was not useful through support. Stay away from this if you want to offer the best customer support. We have missed multiple conversations because of the lack of notifications/delays. Sometimes we won't be notified at all. USE shopify inbox. Way better. I’ve updated our review to 3 stars because they do have a great FAQ set up.

Very easy to set up and integrate. I loved that there was templates pre-written to facilitate and and speed up the set up process for the FAQ integration. They also make it very easy to reach support in case of questions during the set up. Sonny was very helpful, polite, and answers very fast.
