After using Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat, I’m really impressed—not just by the product’s functionality, but especially by the outstanding customer support. The chatbot is easy to use and meets my Shopify store's needs perfectly. Its AI auto-reply feature boosts efficiency while allowing seamless handover to human agents for more complex inquiries. The system runs smoothly and reliably, making customer interactions much more convenient. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional support from their team, especially Alyssa. I encountered a page display issue and reached out for help. Alyssa responded incredibly fast and handled the issue with impressive professionalism. Not only did she fix it efficiently, but she also took the time to explain the cause so I could prevent similar problems in the future. Hana was great with helping me, i was confused when trying to sort the app out on my phone and was just being silly but Hana was patient with me and guided me through it.

Awesome addition to our store. Relatively easy to implement and so far worth it! Customer service has been very helpful and fast. Very good too as the responses are customizable in the backend, which is paramount for our store and brand. Thanks team Chatty! Great APP to lessen the personal emails and help respond to more people -- when my two hands are not sufficient enough to respond to all messages.
