Lovely free tool for online business, intuitive set up and available for free. Very helpful customer support too!

Quite blown away actually with the in-depth answers the AI provides. Even complicated technical questions which I would even struggle to answer myself having ran my business for 14+ yrs it some how manages to pull off the required information and to provide to the customer supported by relevant product information and links to the product pages on our website.

Perfect addition to our website. It has helped us answer a lot of FAQ, provide faster customer service and get more orders. Highly recommend. When I had a question, Abby was super helpful and quick to respond. Excellent customer service as well!

The interface of the app is very user-friendly. It took me less then 30minutes to install it. Big shout out to the amazing customer service from Hana. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I really needed assistance in setting up the app on our shop. Charles was so helpful and helped me with all my queries. He was very friendly and sent screenshots of all the steps i needed to take, so i was able to do what i needed to in a really swift manner. Only just started using the app so i can't review this just yet, but i'm giving 5* based on the excellent customer service i received from Charles :)

Amazing tool and awesome service! Chatty has made our customer support so much easier! The live chat with the AI chatbot is super fast, and the customizable widget looks great with our brand. Love the FAQ hub and how easy it is for customers to track orders. Big thanks to Hana from customer service—she’s so sweet and helpful! Chatty is a game-changer for any business.

The Avada team is amazing. Audrey was great and helped me with a simple issue. Then got me setup with some more advance settings. Great to work with great product.
