Excellent customer service. Everything is free, except a Messenger connection. WhatsApp, SMS, Insta, phone calls. Etc. All free to connect. Great app. Use it to have customers contact directly through your website.

Nous utilisions auparavant l'application de chat d'un concurrent, bien plus coûteuse. Puis, nous avons découvert Chatty, qui s'intègre parfaitement à notre site. Son design est plus moderne, et ses options de personnalisation sont nettement supérieures. En résumé, si vous recherchez une application de chat performante, nous sommes convaincus que Chatty est la meilleure option. Nous avons testé de nombreuses solutions avant de nous arrêter sur celle-ci, et elle a surpassé toutes nos attentes.

Fantastic App! I highly recommend it. I have been using it for our FAQs page for over a year now and find it to be really intuitive and user friendly. It's easy to use and set up and if you have any issues, Hana and Maison are friendly and most importantly quick to respond and help with any fixes.
