Good support from Emily and nice app for now
Very clean app and does actually what it's supposed to do. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Their employees Lydia and Andrew even help you with custom edits like where you want the chatbox icon to display. Highly recommended!

A rather intuitive and well-designed application, with responsive and friendly customer service (thanks Hana!). The chat functions are very interesting, and the FAQs are easy to build and integrate into our store. A few technical instabilities were quickly corrected by the teams, and the features planned in their roadmaps are very appealing. We'd like to see even more customization possibilities, but the result is already very cool.
Customer service is excellent. Had an issue with some text not updating, and Lydia fixed it in under a minute. It was a simple settings edit tweak, not an app functionality problem.

I just began setting up my FAQ and ran into an issue I couldn't figure out. I used their handy chat to ask for help and Hana fixed the problem within seconds and also removed the FAQ limit. I am SO impressed! Wow!
