The best experience with apps in shopify. Very useful the the best costumer service. Hana was very helpful and fast on solving the issues and questions.

I'm currently in the process of configuring Chatty for our store, and I am already impressed with the app's potential. The setup process has been smooth, thanks to the clear instructions and intuitive interface.A special mention to Lydia for her kindness and incredibly quick responses.

Fantastic app and super easy to install and set up. I had one question but Hana replied instantly and sorted it immediately for me. Highly recommend for anyone looking at live chat and helpdesk options.

The fastest response to my question I've ever seen and Hana has been amazing with helping me out. Early days yet, but the FAQs which is what I installed the app for looks sleek and easy to navigate.

Finally, a live chat tool that is multilanguage, has quick replies (a customer can select), and is hassle-free. Very friendly and fast replies by Tiana and Nikita of the support team. Highly recommend!

I've had an excellent experience with Chatty: Livechat Helpdesk, FAQ. The app is user-friendly and packed with helpful features. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any issues or questions. I highly recommend it!
