Firstly the app is great and so easy to use. I'm just setting up a new store and had a couple of really small appearance related queries. I was connected to Hana through their support team and she was awesome. Did everything I needed in double quick time. Great product, great support!

We've been using Chatty for a little while, the interfaces look professional, and the plugin is easy to work with. Encountered a few small issues during set-up, which were quickly solved by their live chat team, in particular Audrey and Nikita. Would recommend Chatty for proper FAQ and contact info to your customers.

I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!). I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future. Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.

Thanks for your support Hana. Great support. And for the app, It's such a one-stop app for communicating with my customer. To be honest a few of the setting are a bit hidden in the menu, I hardly find, but it's okay.
