Very great app, easy to customize it! The support Hana did great job and solved my issue with live chat icon when opening menu on mobile! Just supper! Thanks! Recommended!!!

I had a problem with my translation and reached out to the Livechat Helpdesk, where i got great help from Hana, who was quick and supportive and now the translation is working perfectly!

Good app, glitches a bit, missing some features and customizations but support guys are active and helps to manage problems - Nikita and Charles did a great job. Until it's free, it is good, but if there will be fees in the nearest future there should be fixed many things.

I highly recommend this app, It looks amazing and has everything I could ever want, I've had other chat/FAQ apps before but they weren't it. Also Thank you Lydia for helping me with my questions.

Perfect app for quick chat. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who's looking for a helpdesk, live chat and FAQ in a chat box for your website. I was facing a few technical issues from my end but Mia from the support team was very polite and helpful.

Firstly the app is great and so easy to use. I'm just setting up a new store and had a couple of really small appearance related queries. I was connected to Hana through their support team and she was awesome. Did everything I needed in double quick time. Great product, great support!
