I have been having the best experience with the Avada WhatsApp Chat FAQ page. The reason that my experience has been great is beacuse of the assistance I have been given when I have a question. Lydia and Tony went above and beyond to assist me with adjusting some settings on the chat and that turned out perfectly! I was actually a little hesitant to try to add teh chat myself, but the customer service is exceptional. I greatly appreciated the time and effort Lydia and Tony gave.

Recently, we updated our current FAQ on our website using Avada. This app has a user-friendly interface and includes a direct customer interaction feature via live chat. It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. We had some issues to fix, and all the CS (Sunny, Lydia, Tiana & William) were super helpful!

Sunny and Tony helped me a lot with my issue that I was having today. I was trying to set up a FAQ page but customizable and for some reason it was not allowing me to do so. I reached out to Avada support and Sunny and Tony were a big help! They were able to add the FAQ page as well as customize it for me. Can't thank them enough!

Acabo de empezar a utilizar la aplicación y por ahora funciona genial, es fácil de utilizar y muy intuitiva. Tuve un problema de instalación en la página y me atendieron muy bien, la asistenta Ester fue muy atenta y me arreglo algunos aspectos que le mencione, e inclusive me mejoro mi experiencia con la app. ¡muy recomendada!
